Frequently Asked Questions

How does the membership work?

When you subscribe you will be given immediate access to the private community and learning platform which you can access 24/7/365. It is simple to navigate through the content as it is clearly divided into educational material, games, specific programs, etc. so you can start exploring and playing games at your convenience.

Then on the first and third Wednesday of each month, you can choose to join our 45 minute group Zoom sessions from 6:30 - 7:15 pm PDT for more learning, to ask questions, and hear about other members' wins and challenges.

You will be notified via email when your membership is coming up for renewal and if not renewed, your access is revoked upon the end of your subscription period. Your initial subscription rate will apply until your membership is not renewed or you cancel your membership.

Are Zoom sessions recorded?

Yes, the Zoom sessions are recorded and available within 48hrs in the learning platform under the category of "Zoom Recordings".

Is there a Discussion area to post questions and videos?

Yes! The Academy platform has a private community Discussion forum where members can post questions, ask for feedback on videos, or simply celebrate their wins with other members. The Discussion forum is monitored once a day Mon-Fri, so any posts over the weekend are reviewed the following week.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time when logged into the Academy under "Manage My Account".

When you cancel your subscription your access is immediately revoked upon cancellation, no refunds are issued for any unused portion of your subscription, and the subscription rate you joined at will not apply should you choose to re-subscribe at a later date.
